It’s actress Phyllis Smith, better known as Phyllis Lapin-Vance from the TV show The Office:
Smith was a cheerleader for the St. Louis Cardinals football team in the 1970s. In fact, she’s wearing her cheerleading uniform in the “before” picture. She also did a stint as a burlesque dancer until she suffered a knee injury that ended both her cheerleader and dancing careers. She later moved to Hollywood, where she began acting and working in casting. In fact, Smith worked as a casting associate in the early days of The Office, before the role of Phyllis was given to her.
